Sleeping Weirdness

I have weird sleep habits.  I am able to sleep and able to sleep well and I love that because when I was using I couldn’t sleep.  But I do bizarre things in my sleep. Current examples of the last month…

  • rubbing my feet against my husbands legs for long periods of time
  • poking my husband five times really hard in the side and then screaming “Cher” and falling back asleep.
  • singing “lalalalala la la!”
  • sitting straight up, yelling “ow my leg is cramping” and falling back asleep.

Now, these don’t bother me too much because I have always been an “active” sleeper, but man they really freak some people out.  The husband is pretty used to it by now.

I am just really happy I don’t have night terror anymore.  Waking up screaming blood curdling screams was not fun.
